Unsere Geschichte 

Wir kommen aus der Welt des Sports, der Bewegung und der Natur. Als Fitness- und Personal-Training-Profis und als Outdoor-Enthusiasten, die in den Schweizer Alpen zu Hause sind, verbringen wir unser Leben in Bewegung – mit intensiven Aktivitäten, die Körper und Geist Tag für Tag fordern.

Genau dadurch haben wir gelernt, wie wichtig es ist, gut für den eigenen Körper zu sorgen. Denn wir alle werden nicht jünger – und wir haben nur diesen einen Körper. Wenn wir ihn stärken, ihm Gutes geben und ihn mit den richtigen Nährstoffen versorgen, können wir unsere Leidenschaft für Training, Abenteuer und Natur noch lange geniessen.
